Bizarrely enough, it looks like Riverman requested a permanent ban. I just figured he got caught up in the politards forum quagmire - that's probably the culprit but he pulled the trigger on his own.

SToll was unbanned earlier after a chat with him on AIM. I asked him not to make me look bad. We'll see.
