My assumption is that he's able to order something as an "add-on" to his order of apple slices that will increase the cost. Ex: Apple slices with a dipping sauce add on or apple slices with some sort of add on side.

Looks like I was correct on this part with the add on bacon and guacamole orders

you know what's kind of bs about the guac is we know it's impossible to actually get all of the guac out of those containers, and he's going to consume like 300 of them or something, that actually matters

I don't really see the point of the no blending / no pressing / no juicing policy if he can just shave huge edges by spilling juice / getting it all over himself to make apple sauce while simultaneously only scraping out like 3/4s of each cup of guac, etc.
