Missed the headache talk but yeah I've had migraines my whole life, but much fewer now. They aren't an issue anymore. I have some daily medication, and I can pretty reliably count on a combo of Excedrin + ibuprofen + a sugary drink to clear up any bad one. Attacks the blood sugar, has caffeine, and some painkiller. But ymmv, they're different for everyone.

Most often they're just random, but sometimes things like mental stress (extremely busy/taxing work day etc), loud noise for an extended period, very hot weather, and strenuous exercise seem to trigger them. Anyways like someone said talk to your doctor and they'll have some options.

mix of both. There's some of that, but Rogan is good about deferring to his guests and letting them explain their thoughts. It's not all "eat some P.O.T. and open your mind, mannnn". He's had some really good guests.

Also every one with Joey Diaz is must listen. Or just listen to the Joey Diaz podcast. Dude is unreal funny.
