I am always impressed by how efficient Chick-Fil-A is and how happy their employees are. Went to grab some food at lunch and the drive thru line is ~15 cars long. Not an issue though bc they had 2 people outside taking orders and CC payments in different lines. Then they merged us all back into one line where a different person was verifying your name and order and offering receipts and taking cash payment. By the time you're at the window its just a few people in there having fun and confirming your name and handing you a bag. Whole process took under 5 minutes.

Whatever their hiring process is that results in these types of employees and the company culture that keeps them happy should be modeled by every low-paying service job in the country.

On or about November 9, 2004, after a jury trial in Jefferson County, the licensee was convicted on six (6) felony counts of Obtaining Drugs by Fraud and Deceit.
