Will probably depend on Del Bosque, against Italy he can't pull a Loew and field a bad starting eleven. Problem is that from the start of the EM he has continued to change his starting line-up without really giving the impression to know how to make the team play better, guess that's the problem when you have many strong players that on the paper are fairly equal.
Don't think he will change the defense, but I personally would start the match with the following midfield and attack, if Chiellini will play again as left defender for Italy:

Busquets - Alonso
Navas - Xavi - Iniesta
Pedro

Otherwise if Maggio will start for Italy keep Navas on the bench as secret weapon and make Fabregas and Pedro rotate between each other from left offensive midfielder and fake forward.
