Australia is not a premier football nation, and I don't see how it's even at all debateable. Australia is Australia.

This.
It's hard to say but it's definitely Europe and South America > all by a long way.

FWIW I'm using a very liberal definition of "premier" and comparing mostly to our past as an Oceanic backwater with very little exposure. I'm not in any doubt as to our marginal status in real-life terms.

They know their country sucks at football. The English on the other hand thing that they are easily going to win this and beat everyone on the way by 5 goals.

are you trying to show your knowledge of the game with this post? If so, we can pretty much lump you in with all the homer Americans that don't follow the game.

The media do though Hoopie, and the retarded follow them, which does mean quite a few think you can win this easy.

I would always have said country, but the friendlies where nearly every player gets subbed, and the parge number of meaningless qualifying games (against your Andorras, Lichtensteins etc) have taken a large bit of the thrill away.
There is still nothing to beat the World Cup finals though imo.

This is true, but these are the same people that were behind the campaign to make Keegan England manager. So, in short, they're retarded.
