i can look past a lot of things but the atm door opening was ridiculous

i watched the james franco roast again last night. was hilarious. jeffrey ross is great.

While JR is almost always funny I thought that roast was weak. A few others were much better.

That reminds me, has anyone watched the Jeselnik Offensive? (Ross was a guest one episode.) I'm a big fan; I think having two other comedians on the panel mitigates the abrasiveness of Jeselnik's comedy, and the comedians are usually good and come up with great riffs and one-liners.

Really? I thought JF roast was the best one. Andy Samberg was weak with his whole "fake bombing is funny!" but I thought Silverman, Ross, even Aziz (who I don't like) were great.

Re animated stuff, try Texhnolyze--the first (few) episode(s) might be inscrutable, but it's gory and tense and touches on a variety of transhumanist subjects. It's the only anime I've watched in the past 2-3 years (fewer series than you'd expect given my sn-avatar combo) that I enjoyed as much as (e.g.) BB and GoT.

The league is one of the most consistently funny comedies I have ever seen. Maybe it's just right up my alley, but 22 minutes of rapid fire hilariousness is every single show. So great.

Where's Trump?

Watched BB last night. The end was awesome but the episode was kind of ruined by how ridiculous it is that Walt constantly talks dirt on the phone. The premise is supposed to be that he's this criminal genius always thinking 5 steps ahead and is now retired with no evidence.

I'm sure people will call me a nit or something because OMG BB GOAT or w.e but it's a serious flaw. 12 year old pot dealers know not to talk on the phone but Walt has no problem leaving incriminating voicemails and openly confessing to murders. yeahok.gif

it's just hard for me to enjoy the plots of this show that can't get there with out ******ed contrivances. This was one of those.

ya and him driving out to the spot, not looking for any tire marks / foot prints, getting out of the car and looking all over when it was quite obvious there isn't a super large hole in the ground where his money used to be, and then waiting for them to show up and get him.

and what about jack and his crew of hit men? they can take out ~10 guys behind bars in a two min window, but cant shoot straight enough to kill two guys who have nothing to take cover under for a good idk 80 rounds from multiple guns?
