So I went back and counted 34 night's watchmen on-screen deaths. Some of those were arrows from the red rocket that may be survivable, but I counted them anyway.
dunno how anyone woul think this isnt the worst season so far
first 3 were great
3>2>1>4
maybe a strong finale sways things if they kill off a bad character or 3
Disagree, all seasons are great

Can we not obsess over how many extras got killed?
I mean, there are ice zombies and fire breathing dragons and future-seers and animal-wargs and ****. If they fudged the numbers a little bit to make the fight scene cooler, it will be ok. I promise.
Plus in season 2's 'blackwater', they had like 30 lannister soldiers and 30 stannis soldiers and that was the big fight outside the walls (when stannis had easily 10k+ and the lannisters had several thousands as well). That was a far greater sin and nobody seemed to care.

I disagree. Sins of omission are generally rated lower than sins of commission so leaving out battle scenes is less of a problem than killing too many guys.
Tech question: If my DVR says that it's > 90% full no matter how much **** I delete from it, is that fixable or do I need to just get a new DVR? I assumed it was some kind of hard drive issue.
D&D yelled at the director when they first saw this episode, specifically the scene when Jon jumps out of the lift and starts swinging. They said that scene should not be sped up, and that Jon was swinging too fast. Director said it wasn't sped up, and the actor was actually going at that speed. Pretty cool IMO

have you tried unplugging your dvr box? when i delete shows sometimes it says its still in my dvr etc...when i unplug it and plug it back in it goes away. the 1 problem with this is that when you unplug it and plug it back in it takes a while for the guide to get back to normal.

yeah i can't believe they didn't stage a fake battle with 100k extras
I'm currently leaning 4>2>>3>1. They're all great though. I agree with most and think Dany has regressed every season but I also think all of the other stories have only gotten better aside from Bran/Hodor. FWIW if I was rating them based on quality of GOAT individual moments I'd prob say 4>>3>2>1.
