Vox had a piece today that Trump has done nothing on trade besides kill TPP. The Goldman guy in his circle Gary Cohn seems to have more influence than the others.

Probably won't be an issue for Trump if the economy keeps adding 250k jobs a month but if it starts to sputter that is a nice opening for the Dem candidate (or 2018 primary candidates) to call him on it. Besides immigration, this was his #1 campaign issue.

A reminder that Hillary's IT guy also got immunity. If he gets immunity, that's prety good evidence the DOJ doesn't have a case against Flynn.

The DOJ doesn't give immunity to people who they have a strong case against, they give plea deals and the witness goes to prison. Its possible they don't have a case against Flynn but do against others. Flynn wanting to testify is interesting, as is the DOJ not snap granting immunity.
