What is the timeframe of the draft? we are doing it in the course of this week or a day in the week? How long do we have to make our picks- couple of minutes/hours? Also we do draft subs as well or just the starting 11?

Timeframe will kind of be determined naturally. I think it will probably take around 2 weeks if everyone is making their picks promptly. If you know you're going to be away for a while you should PM someone your list of picks. If someone continues to slow up the draft and isn't really participating in thread they'll probably be replaced.

Volunteer if you're willing to be a full sub and take over a team or even if you'd just be available to make random picks for people.

perma B bc of the top-2 picks is dumb, the pool levels off pretty quick

The pool levels off pretty quick is an argument for constant B. I guess it's a matter of whether the guys in the #10-#15 get hosed or the very last guys on the list. Guys at the top(not necessarily top2 iyam) should be loving life either way.

I now propose: ABBBBBABABA with continuing snake in case we do over 11 rounds. Should be better for time management comparing to andre's proposal, can get some pick runs going.
