Thought for sure Edwin Valero would be in the first episode.

Will they include in-ring cheaters like Luis Resto or is it just going to be murderers and rapists?

Clifford Etienne probably not big enough in the sport to be included in a future episode either.

Tony Ayala Jr. has to be there, right? BHop? Mayweather Sr?

Bellew got a hell of an ego for a guy who had trouble putting away a one-legged fighter.

Wilder destroys him by KO.

Klitschko at ~240
Joshua at ~250

Joshua's heaviest weight in his career while Klitschko hasn't been this light since 2009. Seems that he wants to take Joshua into the second half of the fight and hope that AJ gasses. Not sure if a 41-year old Klitschko can outlast Joshua even with the ridiculous amount of muscle AJ's carrying.

Still got Joshua winning by KO early. But if he doesn't get the KO, then Klitschko becomes a huge favorite in the second half.

The more I think about this the more I just think Joshua will be way too much of an animal for klitschko. Hesitant to bet on the side of all the Uk crazies but -145 looks tempting to me. I think he will knock him out

I really think this fight has the potential to be similar to Mike Tyson vs. Michael Spinks. A young guy with incredible power knocking out a seasoned, accomplished veteran champion in a surprisingly easy fashion.

i like AJ -250. wlad looked god awful against fury which ppl seem to be accepting as a 1-off, when the real reason might be that he's in his 40s and therefore knackered

A real 50:50 for me

Wlad threw close to zero punches vs Fury and was bamboozled by the footwork and reach/jab. AJ has neither of those but if he gets in a combo flurry of power punches then it could be curtains early.

If it turns into a hug fest then AJ could get gassed. I can't get out of my mind how tired he was after round 2 vs Whyte, looked like he could barely walk.

Not gonna bet this time but if I was I would go Klits late

Coming off of a 17 month layoff to fight against the best HW boxer in the world is not a good idea no matter how good you are. Even the best fighters have warm-up fights if they've been away that long. Muhammad Ali didn't fight Joe Frazier immediately after his layoff. He fought Jerry Quarry and Oscar Bonavena to get the ring rust off before fighting Frazier. But at 38, he came off of a two-year layoff to fight Larry Holmes and we all know what happened there.

Has there been a fighter who has done with Klitschko is trying to do at his age (fight for the title immediately after a long layoff) and won? Larry Holmes tried it at 37 against Mike Tyson and got knocked out. Joe Louis came off of a two-year layoff at 36 to fight Ezzard Charles for the title and lost by decision. Jack Dempsey lost to Gene Tunney after a three-year layoff but he was only 31. Jim Braddock lost to Joe Louis after a 2-year layoff in his early 30s. Jimmy Ellis was off for 2 years before getting knocked out by Joe Frazier in his comeback fight in his early 30s. Frank Bruno came back from 1 1/2 years off to get knocked by Mike Tyson in his late 20s.

The more I think about it, the more I think that this unlikely to be a particularly close fight. Joshua has youth, power, size and speed on his side.

Yeah I think AJ should be a clear favourite here. He is massive but seems like a serious athlete so I can't see him gassing. Obv he could get caught though.

I remember seeing Vlad as a 20 year old in the Olympics and thinking (as everyone else did) that he was a huge prospect, and I've always had big respect for him. I just hope he doesn't get horribly smashed or embarrassed. Really, going in with a beast like AJ 21 years after winning the Olympics seems like a bad idea - especially for someone rolling in cash.

We still don't know what Joshua's chin's like though. Dillian Whyte made him look like Frank Bruno for a couple of rounds and Dillian has hardly been a huge banger since. He didn't even rock Dave Allen.

So what are we betting on?

Fury said to his cornermen during the Klitschko fight that he's weak and can't hurt him. Joshua is going to walk through him imo I've bet on ko/tko Joshua 4-6

No heavyweight boxer has ever won in Klitschko's position (long layoff, old age, no warm-up fight prior to title fight) in history. A Klitschko win would be unprecedented. A Klitschko win by knockout would cement his case for top 10 HW boxer of all-time and even make a case for top 5 of all-time.

idk about that i think we would have to see how joshua's career ends up but it would certainly seem like a massive win

i just can't get over the fact that he is 40+ and lost to tyson fury in the worst fight imaginable . styles make fights, etc i get it but damn he looked washed and gunshy

First round of the Quigg fight was pretty good.

I have Quigg down 2-1, but Simeon (sp?) is starting to slow down I think. Maybe just too much power from Quigg. We'll see, if Simeon can stay strong, he has the style to make this interesting.

Quigg had a good third round at the end. I think it's a sign for good things even if he's a bit behind.

Behind in reality. Probably a shutout in the UK.

Wow. This would be a Fight of the Year candidate if the fighters were better known.

Those body shots from Quigg are having a real impact, you can see Simeon's hands are lower now and he's short arming shots in order to get the arms back to the side of his body. I think he's going to start taking some heavier head shots soon. If Quigg can keep pace it should be over inside the distance.

He's also swinging wider now which leaves himself open for a Quigg counter.

I don't think they are landing enough to be FOTY type, but it's the right style, two fighters engaging and throwing at each other. Boxing is funny, we get so excited over two guys engaging and fighting each other, but I've been to kickboxing events where every fight of the dozen or so fights is just two guys firing at each other non stop.

This is the type of fight that ends careers. Simion is getting drilled but is still standing and throwing.

This is a fight that should be stopped by Simion's corner but won't be because he's throwing punches. The guy is doing nearly nothing to Quigg.

Carl criticizing fighters for taking too many shots.

The guy must have watched his own fights, right? Maybe he took so many shots that he doesn't remember them.
