I love the chattering about a Lomachenko/Rigondeaux fight. I hate how it's not going to happen.

Loma is likely to become the most avoided fighter in the sport next to Rigondeaux. In that sense, it's a great idea for them to fight. When nobody would fight Sergio Martinez and Paul Williams, they fought each other and the first fight was a classic.

I don't know why people don't have Lomachenko as #1 p4p. Seems that recency bias is pretty strong and that most people think Ward is the #1 p4p.

If the fight is gonna happen it will have to be soon as Loma will move up to 135 soon I think. I hope it happens . One of the most skillfull match ups ever not sure we will have a chance for four golds to step in the ring with each other. Somewhat unfair to rigo with size but thems the breaks. Rigo almost suffers from lack of big name fights as he gets dodged. But that makes his resume worse because even if you suspect he'd smash the dodgers, like Frampton etc, he hasn't actually done it.
