Bates will not win a singles.

He was 0-5 in all his singles games, which is just a sign of how epic Webster has been, who I think is 4-1, with the only loss to a rampaging Whitlock.

Still gutted, as I am any time Australia lose at something, which is sadly getting to become a regular occurance.

We dont have any good tennis players, our golfers suck, the cricket is meh and we have no stars other then Tim Cahill in world football, and IMO wont win the Asian Cup in January.

We are still pretty good at Aussie Rules though.

I think Wales with their doubles record are pretty big favs here, and Websters second win is huge, relieves the pressure on Bates.

Was going to go to bed (It is 6:20am here but w/e) but I might as well see the game out, and rue missed chances.

Bates slowly lifting his game. Great final, and overall a smashing tournament on the whole. Great drama and theatre, a few upsets, a small team lifting to big heights in Spain, epic fail in England, great stuff

I like Wales now to win, but its pretty much a flip as its now best of 5 pretty much...
