I've never understood the Grand Slam of Darts. So are the BDO ok with their players playing in PDC sanctioned events or not? Make up your ****ing minds.

they're ok with a one off event - without it there'd be only one bdo event where you can win any decent amount of cash - you get basically the same from losing every game here than you do from reaching the semi of the world masters, more if you add on sponsorship as afaik the masters isn't actually televised. obviously just having one ****ing code would be better, but i like the idea of people being able to face off across the two sides. of course it's crap this year as bunting already moved over, and kist still qualifies through the bdo as well

Makes me laugh that Martin Adams never takes up the invite to play in the Grand Slam of Darts .. i presume he gets the offer ( or used to ).

He would never get over being pummeled by a PDC player.

In fairness to the other BDO players .. they turn up and have a right go and most of them do pretty darn well against the PDC players.

i am not entirely sure why mervyn king is so long against bunting, 5/2 looks amazing value

edit - der markt seems to have overadjusted on keegan brown, liking a chisnall bet
