This article is a few months old, but when they eventually make a tv movie out of this ("The Board Who Cried Wolf" "How Greek was my Valley" "Touched by an Uncle") then I'm guessing Lubrano is played by either Jeremy Piven, John C Reilly, or Paul Guilfoyle.

The encounter at a restaurant at the Nittany Lion Inn apparently was so disturbing to one of the lead investigators that he wrote an e-mail to the board of trustees outlining his concerns.
Lubrano, the investigator wrote, used foul language, appeared to be "inebriated," and "confronted them in a belligerent manner," according to the e-mail obtained by The Inquirer.

Another employee recounted an instance in which Lubrano was so stern with a female student intern that she cried.
Behavior of this sort is alleged in papers filed in his 2011 divorce in Chester County. The lawyer for his wife, Sara Jane, described Lubrano's behavior as "increasingly threatening" in an Aug. 31 letter to Lubrano's lawyer that is part of the divorce file.
"Before Sara Jane left on vacation last week," wrote attorney Jennifer Brandt, "she found that the air was let out of two of her tires. I advised Sara Jane to seek a restraining order if this behavior on the part of Anthony continues."

It definitely sounds like this upcoming release of the Freeh report is going to be pretty bad. Most people will still be in denial about Joe Pa though.

The suggestion has been out there for a while on the various PSU boards that the Freeh report will be a sham that throws Paterno under the bus because he is dead and can't defend himself. That opinion has now kicked into high gear with the leak that the report will be very critical of Paterno.
There is lots of delusion on the PSU boards that Freeh, a former director of the FBI, is just some kind of public relations patsy that was hired by the BoT and is being ordered to write a report that absolves the BoT completely and smears Paterno as badly as possible.
With regard to the Anthony Lubrano video that was posted in this thread, the reason Lubrano was elected to the Board by the alumni was because he was a one-issue candidate that ran on the issue that Paterno was treated unfairly. Lubrano is also posting on one of the Penn St. message boards. It seems pretty impossible to believe that a member of the BoT is posting on a free message board, but it apparently is so.

I hope y'all watched the video to the end, where we find out the guy's campaign for election to the PSU BoT was successful and he is now on the board. The election was in May.

Right, it's like some extreme Catholics I knew (and, well, some of the bishops and cardinals who spoke to the media) looking for ways to explain away the scandal. "There are child molesters in all walks of life! The media has blown this totally out of proportion!"

As mentoned earlier, newly-elected BoT member Anthony Lubrano is posting on a free Penn St. message board. Quote from Lubrano in a thread about whether or not Joe Paterno will be honored by the school:
"WE (Lubrano, McCombie and Talieferro) will ask the questions. And Joe Paterno, absent any "smoking gun", will be honored. Of course, the members of the BOT involved in the Nov 9th decision just night not be members by the time that happens"
Of course, there is lots of gold in the entire thread.

Doesn't get much better than Anthony Lubrano starting a thread on a free Penn St. message board to solicit advice from Penn St. posters on what the fanbase would like him and the other newly-elected members that ran on the "JoePa has been insulted" platform to ask the other BoT members at the upcming BoT meeting. Really? A BoT member pandering on a free message board and asking what the message board wants him to ask? LOL.
