makes sense to fake disabilities in countries where Olympic medalists are state-rewarded and general population gives zero *****

Reportedly a legally blind captain of Russian para swimming team was caught driving around in Moscow traffic (nothing came of it); just a few days ago top 4 results in visually impaired 1500m finals all would have won regular Olympic gold (wtf)

It wasnt, the course didn't use that spot. He died of a heart attack after crashing apparently

Sorry for the bump, but there's a new documentary on Netflix called Icarus wherein a guy tries to make a Supersize Me style documentary about how doping affects him and flukes his way into insane access with the Russian WADA director who blew open the entire Russian olympic doping program while the story is unfolding. It's pretty incredible.
