Pitts had to challenge. Then refs decide based on ipad. Toronto has no say.

If Pitts was out of challenges, then it's simply no goal, no review.

Did it cross the line decisions are made by Toronto. Goalie interference decisions are made by refs with aid of their 5 inch iPad replays

Wrong. They want series to go as many games as possible. Can't have a huge match-up be a sweep. They lose massive amounts of $$$.

Sure, but if they prefer Pitts overall I don't think they try to rig game 2 to try to ensure series runs longer.
