it's probably not worth really digging into until after the trade deadline though, as many teams will make trades based on having to risk players losing good players for nothing

The annoying part about this is that if a review takes 9 minutes, there's no way it's conclusive enough to overturn the call on the ice and that should be realized. Replay review should move away from "let's try to go frame by frame and determine which molecule was offside" and back to "let's correct egregious mistakes". Limit replay review to one minute, and if you can't find an overturn in 1 minute, it's not an egregious mistake.

Burakovsky sustained a broken hand blocking a shot (lol) last game, so he's likely out for a month or more. Get Vrana in there, his possession numbers were stupid good in limited action, and he isn't afraid to shoot the puck.
