I really don't think anyone should feel bad for Claude. Letting Claude out of Boston is the best thing possible for him. It's got to be a RELIEF. Plus a few milli to go fishing. Not bad.

Nice move by the bruins. They got rid of one of their only positives. Their play should actually have them in a playoff spot and was really good. The percentages were horrible and they axe the coach. Never mind that the GM has provided him with aboslutely no team to work/content with and is to afraid to break it down completely too. The defense is a mess and without the emergence of Carlo they would even look worse with only two competent defenseman on the roster.

This firing makes me mad.

Firing Hitch has been a great move so far. Blues playing much better and actually looking like the team from the past two years. Maybe playing some middling teams has been the reason, so we shall see.

Firing CORSI might be the biggest firing, actually. Allen especially has had some embarrassingly poor positioning and glove placement this year. Regardless, it is clear to anyone who has paid attention to this Blues team this year that Hitch needed to go. It was more than just ****ty goaltending.

I love Marleau but hof is a stretch I think.

Great 1st line/second line offensive player his whole career. Not enough playoff team success. Not particularly a psyical or defensive player.

Habs in free fall, Sens and Leafs can start thinking about winning the division, never mind just making the playoffs. Price isn't just playing below his absurd standard, he has been a below average NHL tender for 2 months now.

Mike has the best efficiency as a coach for the canadien since the 1970...
But you still favor to let him go, instead of looking for other problems..

holy ****, worst call in the history of replay in the hawks-wild. minnesota scores in the 2nd to tie it up, chicago immediately challenges. the play could not be any more blatantly offside, they call it inconclusive.
