I play 200z and 500z.

Anyways, as it turns out, I'm also a huge fan of hockey.

Favorite team is obv Montreal Canadiens.

I'm in a season long hockey pool w my friends and I follow the league during the offseason too.

I also bet on the NHL w relative small success (5-8% roi) even though it's one of the sports with the less value to be find in the odds.

Not even the doom and gloom of a 72o can come close to dampening my spirits today. How could he when the Leafs are introducing a crop of players like these? Probably won't contend for a couple of years as is usual with a group like this but if Andersen can play above avg maybe we can scare a few teams.

A.M. - Superstar to be. Don't see how you could say anything else at this point. Certainly one of the most complete players ever to enter the league.

Billy Nylander - posesses the elite skills and speed of a first team winger. Has the pedigree to know what it takes to move ahead in the league. Looking good so far

Mitch Marner - While not lighting up the scoreboard in preseason, he has lit up the ice. Consistently stealing and finding the puck and putting on some impressive rushes up the ice. If his finish catches even slightly up to his Jr. numbers the Leafs may have something special. He is slight which is about the only knock you can find on him but trust me the fire burns bright in this one. One of those players you want to watch everyday. Datsuyk lite.

Nikita Zaitsev - Wow what a steal signed out of the KHL at age 24 (similar to Parnarin last yr. they played on the same team and are friends) Big mobile good shot, very few mistakes, a 1st team all star in the KHL and 1st D on the recent Russian WC team. Looks like he's stepping right into the top pairing on the Leafs.
