Agreed. I'm not saying I did the right thing. I just did what made me, personally feel better. And I find it enjoyable to rant about how good our teams are. There are not many times in a sports fan's life that he can do it and I'm not ashamed to say that I try to take full advantage of those times. I really don't think this makes me a bad person, just a passionate sports fans. We are talking about games here, yah know.

I agree and I was doing that until the only responses I was getting was a poster putting up pics of the worst defeat of my team's history. Is that rational debate? My response seemed appropriate.

Well other people were posting rational things that you clearly ignored, especially mine. I could careless that you ignore them as I know others would read and comment on it. I didn't offer much more than pure stats I understand that, but maybe a rebuttal to that would have been nice instead of derailing a thread that could potentially(again) have something to it.

Not gonna lie. I had to search what crass meant, lol. I didn't mean to be harsh. I just think that bringing that stuff up in a very good sports forum makes no sense. Everyone here is homers and just because a certain person happened to be born a certain place or raised in a household that roots for that team makes their lives better or whatever point was trying to be made was...so meh.

Of course all of us want championships for our favorite teams and everyone knows sports is just a small part of our lives. Eh...whatever, conversation is over really.

Brady is an awesome QB, one of the best to play. No one in their right mind wouldn't take them on their team if they were offered. But would you take Brady over Manning? Some would, most wouldn't. I happen to agree with the most. I don't believe in wrong or right in these debates as everyone is allowed an opinion when something is relatively close.
