Nothing to add, just want to hop on the train. As a fan of an AFC team, or just football in general, Romo replacing Simms is the best thing that could've happened to football.

amazon replacing twitter for streaming TNF games.

sounds like CBS gets the dallas game this year so romo at least gets one dallas game, I for one, hope he subtly hammers dak for every "mistake". Incomplete only having time to look left, point out open guy on right kind of thing.

any word on why he decided to retire? he said initially he had more football in him, and youd think Houston and Denver at least made an offer. Houston makes a lot of bad managerial decisions so I wouldn't be surprised if they offered him 20 mil a year.

This seems like it is going to be a huge fail for CBS. People cry about all announcers. To get rid of Phil Simms like that is going to turn out awful.

Simms was bad but imo most of the TV guys are bad, so it's sort of a \_(ツ)_/ for me

I like Boomer Esiason the most but he doesn't do any TV game work anymore does he? just radio?

honestly I barely pay attention to the guys in booth. I just notice when it's a game Armen Kateyian does bc that is usually a D game
