Problems
This still doesn't count resigning of Berry/Poe. Very likely only can keep one and that's only because Nick Foles can get cut to save 10.75M. Or they'll do whatever they did to have schwartz only 2M this year and they get to be the saints for a couple seasons later, a brilliant strat with kelce/peters emerging and needing to get paid eventually.
Jamaal Charles 6.X is clearly a goner. Everyone else is just a few M here or there. Enough room to be clear of the cap + resign berry say, but not much more than that.
Regarding the Romo thing, they could save over $9m by getting rid of Smith & Romo would cost $14m (without a restructure) so it's not impossible per se...although I would be pretty pretty scared to send out a Romo/Bray depth chart.
Kelce is signed through 2021, & they have Peters under contract for 2 more years, so those aren't huge problems right now.
Plus they have a lot of players signed, which makes it easier to deal with being closer to the cap.
They also could do smaller things like get rid of Josh Mauga & save $3m, or Dustin Colquitt & save $4m.
But yeah, they have a lot of problematic contracts like DJohnson & Tamba, & Justin Houston's cap hit is $22.1m this year (& then declines slightly).
