Today marks three straight correct answers for me.
Despite losing in back-to-back weeks, this team is a correct, having qualified twice in Week 2. And I honestly thought they would SHEEP, so I am pleasantly surprised with their score.
Rawrs can verify that I took the Denver Broncos as my selection for Week 6.
This week, we have 60 correct entrants and 37 incorrects.
Heading into today, we have 3 perfect games (Jimmy Proffett, pokergrader, & Priptonite) and 2 imperfect games (Sherry927 & SirRawrsALot). Let's see which survive this reveal.
I debated how to rank the incorrects (for worst-of-the-worst purposes), and this is what I settled on:
- The incorrects will be put into 2 groups; those who have had their bye, and those who haven't
- The teams without byes will be ranked "worse" than those with their byes. This is because the teams without byes had 6 "chances" to qualify, while those that already have had their bye will have only had 5 "chances"
- Every team that is incorrect and has played 6 games will be tied for "worst-of-the-worst"
Closest return to the goal line would obviously be the correct order if one had infinite amounts of time. Some day scientists will make this happen...
If I had Game Pass, I would have watched each condensed game involving an incorrect team. But I don't have the time to go through the written play-by-play for each game.
INCORRECT ANSWER - The New York Jets

POINT OF CLARIFICATION ABOUT THE NEW YORK JETS
If you look at the team stats on NFL.com, you will see that the NYJ have been credited with a defensive TD. This is the play in question:
The NFL ruled this play as a Ryan Fitzpatrick fumble, recovered by Sharone Peake, and credited a rushing TD to Peake.
I can't rule it a special teams TD because special teams weren't involved. I can't rule it a defensive TD, because Cliff Avril (or the Seahawks) never had possession of the ball.
Regrettably for marknfw and tommy123, given the constraints of this question, the Jets are incorrect, even though NFL.com says they have a defensive TD this year.
