Hello football fans!

For the fifth consecutive year, and fourth straight under my watch, the season-long PEEHS game has returned!

As always, you can't know where you're going, until you know where you've been. Here's a look back at the previous four games:

There will be 25 total questions; 1 per week for the first 16 weeks, and then 9 for the end of the season. Also, once again there will be 13 questions about teams, and 12 about individual players.

RESEARCH IS ALLOWED. Feel free to do as much reading as you want before your entry. If your entry includes [redacted Pats QB] or [redacted former NFL city] or [redacted former QB turned baseballer], you can bet your bottom dollar you'll be welcomed by.....

SCORING
This is PEEHS. The winner(s) will have the lowest total score after all 25 questions have been revealed. PEEHS rewards those of you that submit a correct answer that is guessed by as few entrants as possible.

Incorrects will be scored as (SHEEP score for that question) + (# of different correct answers submitted for that question).

ENTRIES
Anyone can play; all I need from you is a PM with your entry. Please single-space your entry, but it can be numbered or non-numbered.

Entries close on September 8th, once the Panthers and Broncos kickoff in Denver. As usual, I am expecting a giant wave of entries in the days leading up to the season-opener, so I am announcing the following:

1) No new entries will be accepted once the Panthers-Broncos game begins, but you can change any of your answers up to that time.

2) If you submit close to (but before) the season-opener, and I respond after the opener kicks off (telling you that your entry needs editing), then you still have time to edit and resubmit (but you can no longer edit answers to include Panthers- or Broncos-related answers).

All entries will be locked and stand as submitted once the early games kickoff on Sunday September 11th.
