It's pretty great.
My initial expectations have been exceeded. The lack of exciting games is weird though.

Minnesota-Nebraska is a battle of two ranked teams. LOL

That's the stupid way to approach option teams though. You really need to practice for it basically all year, a little each week. It winds up yielding better timing and you don't have to abandon your usual defensive practice for an entire week or two. Sometimes a dumb coach can back into it by playing 3 such teams in a year.

Or you can bitch about how hard it is to win the week after playing a team whose average lineman weighs 255, assuming dignity isn't a big concern.

Two pieces of terrible advice.

Did you know those linemen have to get back down to 224 to graduate?

GA must be begging Navy for a warm up game. Snooty of those midsized shipmen to only play ND and the BUG.

Let Cobb destroy the Huskers. The Gophers will need to play well to win, tho.

So, BGSU has already won the east. Assuming Toledo wins their next game against EMU:

Toledo wins tonight, WMU wins Saturday, WMU wins next week = Toledo wins west
Toledo wins tonight, CMU wins Saturday, WMU wins next week = Toledo wins west
Toledo wins tonight, WMU wins Saturday, NIU wins next week = NIU wins west
Toledo wins tonight, CMU wins Saturday, NIU wins next week = NIU wins west

BGSU wins tonight, WMU wins Saturday, WMU wins next week = WMU wins the west
BGSU wins tonight, WMU wins Saturday, NIU wins next week = NIU wins the west
BGSU wins tonight, CMU wins Saturday, NIU wins next week = NIU wins the west
BGSU wins tonight, CMU wins Saturday, WMU wins next week = Four way tie beween CMU, WMU, Toledo and NIU. Toledo and Central would both be 2-1 against the others, with Toledo winning that H2H, so I assume they would win?

Cliffs:
If Toledo wins tonight, NIU wins if they win next week and Toledo wins if WMU wins

If Toledo loses, NIU still wins if they win (control their won destiny), WMU wins if they go 2-0, and if CMU > WMU and WMU > NIU then the four way tie probably sends Toledo

GB,

I think that was a record amount of analysis for anything related to the MAC.

(Oklahoma State is only slightly below average, and 27 points is a lot.)
While I appreciate your vote of confidence, Oklahoma State is the very definition of a dumpsterfire. They have the worst offensive line of any Big XII team in the last decade. This game won't be close. Baylor is on national FOX coverage at home and they need to keep pace with TCU. OKST will be lucky to get 7 first downs. I'm predicting 63-10. I'll give Tyreek Hill credit for a kick return TD.

And then to top it off, it seems like they will be playing the game without Daxx Garman.

So either they pull the reshirt off of Rudolph for two games or go with like the 4th string QB.

Bad times this year in Stillwater (Oklahoma for that matter)

If Gundy burns Rudolph's redshirt prior to these two unwinnable games I won't be buying season tickets next year. I don't know who the fourth string is but at this point it doesn't really matter. Nobody will be staying upright behind this abortion of a line.

Can the fourth stringer really be any worse than him, though?

He's not good but he's still not as bad as he looks. Just watch the beatings he takes. This offensive line is historically bad. RB's are averaging 3.3 yards/attempt in conference play. By far the worst under Gundy.

Damn Baylor actually did play at Buffalo, but they probably get only light flurries in September.
