So yeah. I'm just gonna say it. ****, going to be a little sad if UK doesn't ship it this year. UK's team is quite absurd. I have no idea how we got the Harrisons and WCS back. As much as I hated losing to UConn, it probably was the best thing for UK long term. Damn, UK is probably disintegrated if we had won that game (WCS, Harrisons to the draft, Cal to the Cavs).
That was fun to watch. Need to do this every year. Will be interesting to see how UK does on the rest of this trip. We should lose quite a few of these. But man UK is deep this year. Ullis and Towns definitely showed a lot of promise. Ullis might end up sticking around quite a while considering that he is 5'9

Bring it on NCAA
Pretty sure going from 0-1 is a bigger deal than going from some fraction of a ship to a larger fraction
Yeah UK got quite sluggish on the last 2 games. But UK played 6 games in 8 days. Cal clearly set up UK to lose at some point. I thought they were going to lose more, but I also thought Al Horford would be playing for the Dominican Republic. That being said...
Karl Towns is the real deal. Easily a top 5 pick in the next draft. 6'11 with NBA post moves. Sign me up. Crazy thing is with Dakari Johnson and Willie Cauley Stein, he might not even average 20 minutes a game.
Tyler Ulis. I didn't know what to expect out of a 5'9 PG. But dude is a baller. He is set to become a UK fan favorite, hell everyone should like watching him play. He is tenacious on defense, he will always find the right pass, and can score if he is left wide open. Make him 8 inches taller he would be the #1 pick in the next draft. Being as it is, hell he might stay at UK for 4 years. Can't wait to watch him play.
Devin Booker. Don't expect too much playing time this year. Should be a solid backup at the 2 though,
Alex Poythress. Has he finally found his WIM? He is an absolute beast when he turns it on. If this exhibition is a sign that he has found the WIM...watch out. Seriously, watch the **** out.
Harrisons. Look like they did in March. Scary.
Hawkins and Willis. They looked more than capable. Might even start for most teams. They probably won't even see the court this team is so loaded. But I have high hopes for their junior and senior years.
Dakari Johnson has slimmed down and looks much improved.
Marcus Lee just looks to continue what we saw from him from the Michigan game.
The crazy thing is the exhibitions didn't include WCS or Trey Lyles. I have no idea what to expect from Lyles, but WCS if nothing else is a defensive monster.
Look UK might not win it all. March Madness is madness. But I guarantee UK will be a top team all year. We are too good, and too deep not to. We were preseason #1 last year. It might of taken us all year to realize that potential but we did. Now the scary thing is we return the majority of our talent.
At one point he was a strong Purdue lean so I followed his recruiting a little bit. He then started leaning MSU when they got involved and of course picked UK once they got involved.
He's one of my favorite FR I'm looking forward to seeing play. Going to be a great PG IMO.
Calipari goes on with the Sports Pope and afterwards, Francesa says he isn't the best X's/O's coach, but has other strengths. So Cal calls back into the show to argue with him. Best part is when Francesa hangs up on him like any other caller.
White will be very good for Nebraska. He looked like he was poised for a breakout season last year, but had a minor injury early in the year and it's very tough to work your way off the bench at Kansas after the conference season starts.
For those of you who are interested in Xs and Os, if you are interested in Princetons Chin series. Take a Look at some of Denver Universitys game. They pretty much run it as exact as you can with just a little wrinkle when the ball is entered into the post(triangle action stronside from there) I have been really wanting to implement something like this and I think I will in the future
