That has a strange way of happening against UK in Calipari era. Tremendous size, length, and speed in NBA caliber players all over the court coached to play great team defense kind of does that. It ain't the offense, it's the defense.

I mostly agree with this, but KU was horrible in the first 10-15 minutes.

JFC at all of these 20 footers and flip passes to no one. So infuriating when they can bomb from 3 and get to the rim at will.

At this point it seems clear UK's tourney success is just going to come down to Monk. I expect Fox and Bam to more or less do their thing (even if Fox was bad tonight). If Monk is on UK can go on a roll in the tourney. If Monk has a bad night a round 2 exit is very possible.

It didn't have to be that way that. I guess not taking the worst shot in basketball is really hard or something. UK is one of the dumbest teams I've seen since that last UConn one that titled. But yeah heroball could still blow up and rang.

Three teams losing to the same unranked opponent is different than three teams losing to three different unranked opponents or to some unspecified unranked opponent. So your fix of my fix is now semantically wrong, proving that you missed the point.

Dakich saying people are overreacting to Grayson acting like a dip**** was cute to say the least. Then start blaming other teams for trying to get in his head and calling their actions more despicable than Grayson's actions added a nice touch. At least Rece was trying to keep him in check.

Also, I generally really like Dakich but his take on the Allen situation was pretty bad

I'm more and more of the opinion that Giles needs to wait a year. It's almost never the right answer to take yourself out of the draft if you are a first round talent, but I think there's a huge chance he doesn't even get picked in the lottery any more. Wait a year, get 100% fully healthy and if he dominates his sophomore season he can be a top three pick.
