unless there is a threat that a brawl will take place or court storming is about to occur, telling your team not to shake hands is wrong 99.8% of the time. There just isn't a defense, especially if he was mad ND was flopping.

regarding the underachieving comment, it seems they have been ranked pretty high to start the season the last few years and then as the season progresses they get worse and worse (it's possible this may not be completely accurate, but facts are not important).

Fran stated he was concerned about a fight breaking out in the handshake line in the heat of the moment so...

I can't recall Iowa being ranked preseason in years but I could be wrong. Fran has taken a dumpster fire or a program and steadily improved year after year. Even Iowa fans haven't had expectations more than just make the tournament in a long time.

dumpster fire is strong but fran has been perfectly fine. been in tourney what 3 years in a row and got screwed 4 years ago?
I had 2h under so was watching end of game, it was complete nonsense and Fran had right to be on a bit of tilt.

Thats the most Bruce Pearl thing ever - to get a 17 year old five star to reclassify and register for the second semester so he can play one semester of college basketball for Auburn. Kid looks like he'll be pretty good in a month or so too.

I'm so tired of watching both of them. Purvis is just awful and Brimah just keeps getting worse. You don't usually see players get worse the longer they are in school but I think Brimah has done that. This year can't end fast enough.

why does grayson have to be such a moron. jesus kid. I really, really want to like you but it's just 100% clear you're some combo of weird/autist/douche.

And the worst part is that he chooses to assert his douche-ness in the most asinine way. At least Laettner stomped a guy. It was wrong, but at least he was aggressive about it, you know? Laettner knew who he was. He was a swaggering dickhead and dared you to match him or beat him. Grayson's little 'trip and pretend i did nothing' routine is just bitchmade. Good lord. He can't even play the villain properly. Even Draymond's nutkicks are better than tripping.
