seems like The Players Tribune is a public relations firm
ghostwritten material intended to boost an athlete's brand

I feel like anyone who can beat Durant 1 on 1 will feel pretty confident about their abilities

Sorry folks you missed your chance at the Waiters bandwagon. Maybe you can line up outside his HOF induction.

don't know that the main goal is to boost brands, but it def helps. seems like they mostly wanted a shot at depicting themselves b/c they don't trust the media at large

Solid utoobs of the Rockets moving-screening dudes into Harden who then grabs the defender's arm, flails, and gets 3 free throws.

Rose tore his ACL 5 years ago today. Saw on Twitter that more than 25% of the 3pa in NBA history have occurred since then (13% of makes)

Also, I think the rockets were among the # complainers about the woyas screens

how is the percent of makes only half the percent of attempts? Did guys used to shoot 75% from 3 before I was old enough to remember?

Ya, seems like a typo or a misinterpretation or someone getting their facts from alternative sources

Larry Bird stepping down as GM.

His assistant, and former Blazers GM, Kevin Pritchard is taking over.

Already made a post about how we copied you guys earlier itt. Probably not worth throwing shade at the rox over though. Just a dumb rule that it's allowed.

The screens aren't really the gross thing. The way he hooks the defender's arm and yanks it into his shooting motion is total BS.
04-28-2017 , 05:44 PM
Disagree, the moving screens is the main issue IMO. Hooking a player's arm requires the fact that the player is currently putting their arm in the shooter's motion without being able to avoid hitting that player. The way Harden does it makes it look silly, but it's bad defense and should be punished. You can't just get your hands in the space of a possible shot for free.

edit: also people complained about the woyas on screens but didn't care about teams tackling and holding curry off the ball

Anyone tell me much about him? Particularly his attitude to blowing it all up? (I'm really hoping he's for it)
