I think you'll appreciate these seadood, entire thing comes out next week

Awesome, can't wait and thanks! I remember when he did the same thing for Iguodala's defense here, it was a great watch.

Moore is like the only major writer who's a die-hard Nugs slappy.

I really dislike that dirk let mark cuban roll him repeatedly, as I mentioned previously letting a family member be your agent is a huge leak

RUSS basically locked up a triple double average these last 2 games. With 14 games left he now has 37 rebounds and 24 assists to spare (for games falling below 10 in either category).

Also, he is moving on up the standings. Could get the 4 or 5 slot if they keep playing well.

Why do you dislike Dirk? You should dislike Cuban for screwing up all the cap flexibility he gifted him.

Do you dislike Brady and Duncan for getting rolled on by Belichek and Pop? those two probably each gave up a like a hundred million in contract dollars over their career

So you dislike players that would rather win than maximize money they don't need? Got it

The second pass to Gallo is just excellent peripheral vision, even if it's that he saw him a beat before and his mind knew where his movement was leading him.

Not a whole lot different than the behind the head flip pass the other day, it's a mixture of vision and trust in your teammates.

That would be hard to explain in a second language so it's easier to laugh and say "I don't know."

dirk was reasonably disliked before he won the chip as a soft euro who cant win the big game. losing in the 1st rd to an 8 seed was a pretty low low.

winning (especially vs that heat team) buys you a lot, so he was very well liked after that, but i've also noticed people liking superstars towards the tail end of their career, which is probably a function of nostalgia and selfishly being able to appreciate a player better when he's no longer a threat to your favorite team.

people like up and coming stars as well. i think this is because they're constantly improving, so they're always achieving, and people like projecting them out as a superstar.

Yeah that's what I gather, he basically takes a snapshot of what's going on behind him and trusts that Gallo is going to be there. It's a great pass, but Matt Moore does a little bit of an oversell.

Denver is now 8-4 since the ASB and 3rd in net rating. I know we've talked about what Nurk did for Portland in TZ, but we haven't really gone into what the subtraction of him and his attitude has done for Denver. Plumlee has been > Nurk overall post trade, but he's been >>>>>> the Denver version of Nurkic.

Yeah I started banging this drum a few weeks ago. Brandon Rush is a worse overall player than Zach LaVine, but I think he makes the starting lineup significantly better. He's physical and relatively versatile defensively and swapping out the worse defender for a decent one really helps. Wiggins isn't a good defender, but he's better than LaVine. Rubio is an above average defender, and KAT and Gorgui are an acceptable backline combo. I think this starting lineup is closer to average than they are to bottom 3.

I'm a LaVine guy but it sure looks damning that they've been so much better defensively without him.

Do you think Dieng could ever be a 3 point shooter? He has a slow wind-up, but his accuracy from inside has been pretty good. I would think stretching him out a bit would do wonders for their offense and allow him, who I think is their best defender, to be on the court more of the time.

I think he'll be able to knock down the corner 3 with consistency. I bet he does it more next year, they've experimented with it a bit this year.

I'm having a hard time finding it, but it looks like he's 10-23 from the corners this year. Nonexistent sample obv, but a good sign.

Houston, SAS, Den, Minny..

Since the ASB. Minny has had a MUCH tougher schedule though which should be taken into account.
03-17-2017 , 04:32 PM
and the Nuggets schedule has been very soft

Dood I've been trying to find Gallo doing the shamgodd the other night to no avail.

It was earlyish 1st half vs the Lakers. Help a brother out

I couldn't find it either, sorry Thayer. I know he's done it at least a few times though.

Pistons have really crapped the bed this season. Were now 33% on 538 to make the playoffs after another loss. The heat/bucks are playing good ball and just better teams then us. Pacers have more talent as well. Only thing we have going for us is a soft schedule the rest the way.

Not happy with SVG holding onto these turds to chase the first round exit. Not sure what the offers were at the trade deadline but gutting this roster would of been the correct play. Going to be interesting to see what we do with kcp in the offseason as this roster as is has little upside. Guess the hope is currently to bing that 1/50 to get in the top 3 of the draft as were going to be outside the high end lottery talent otherwise.

this year its 108.5ish . if you shade it for the 23-5 stretch, its probably ahead of all those seasons. pretty insane

Nice to see them playing well but after their poor start should have really tanked this year
They have their pick this year last one they'll have for a while. Sigh.
