If you can be a top 3-4 team itl that would have a 3-4 yr window as that team then I think you have to do it.
And who knows what would come after that, could deal Horford and have max cap room to sign Hayward while IT/AB are still underpaid I believe.
Hayward is a dad and his wife said she like Salt Lake City, moving from Jazz to Celtics is a lateral move, maybe celtics have higher upside because of that nets pick, but they also have bigger flaws IT/Horford combo is never going to title.
Regarding that nets pick. Top prospects are PGs, one of the least impactful position on title teams and also one of those position were a few players can be elite in their rookie contract.
Look at when our top PG went elite :
Russell 5th year
Curry 5th year
CP3 3rd year
Lowry 8th year
John Wall in his 7th year is starting to become one
Conley/IT/Kemba are also developing very late
Kyrie is a showtime fraud, if you get a Kyrie with your nets pick you'll still need a top 3 GOAT to win a title
Basically you have a very good chance to play your whole contract with a good player but nothing like a title bringer, by 2022/2025 yeah that nets pick could be a MVP candidate. Better re-sign for the best money and join them in 4 years
