Warriors might be worse (but they were almost guaranteed to be worse even if they kept everyone), the thunder most definitely are not better.

The Blazers had a historically bad offseason and it wasn't even one of the worst 3 offseasons of 2016

so they ended up getting beat by a team missing their best player* and their sixth man, and another starter who got injured in the second quarter.
