Is Sacto just better without Gay?

3-1 in their last 4, they were 6-5 earlier in the year without him. I think like 9-8 overall when he is out.

Almost all of the wins are by 3-4pts or less though so it could just be sample size.

Every team Rudy Gay has played on (professionally) has been better without him.

Bestbrook hate is so confusing to me, the okc organization has failed on so many levels and then fans argue he is too selfish?

That seems like even stronger evidence for kidcolin, tho. That Lebron requires guys he's friends with to take up 2-4 roster spots at all times has been a problem since before he went to Miami, when you're very specifically gameplanning for a team that requires constant switching and recovery old guys are the worst.

One of the Cavs more effective offseason moves was getting DeAndre Liggins as a combo guard defender, he was good against the Warriors. They only have one of him, though, because they wasted a roster spot on James Jones and another on Birdman, guys with zero chance of ever contributing rotation minutes against GSW. They could've used those roster spots to audition younger guys on non-guaranteed contracts.

Now they are going to get another bite at the apple when buyout season hits, but 2 years ago they ****ed that up by signing Perkins instead of an NBA player, and they very well might do that again this year.

Hate is unwarranted. Except for people who argue he has any non-zero amount of legitimate MVP equity. That opinion is eminently hateable.

D'Antoni is the real MVP.

The Cavaliers have an open roster spot and two small trade exceptions. The trade deadline is Feb. 23 and free agents can be signed until March 1, to remain eligible for the playoffs.
LeBron wants another playmaker so how about the Cavs sign Nate Robinson?

Nate's been hitting up LeBron's and the Cavs' IG recently.

He played in Israel last season and has been training very hard for an NBA comeback.

Are the Nyets just not gonna trade BroLo?

Where would he go? I think more realistically, he could get moved this summer.

Only place I can think of who might have interest in Brolo is Portland. He's kind of like if you combined Plumlee and Leonard into one player. For the most part people in this thread underrate just how unplayable some guys are in situations if they can't guard the PNR, can't get up and down the court, and don't make up for it with rebounding-- this is what makes Brolo undesirable to most of the league (and, well, the general depth of the position).

Yeah that the last two champions won without a traditional C playing big minutes(Ezeli and Bogut combined for like 125 minutes in 2015, Frye and Mozgov for 60 in 2016 in the finals) means that any team with a traditional C needs to gameplan for what they are going to do when they eventually play GSW or Cleveland and those teams go small.

Somebody like Noel can plausibly chase Green around the perimeter, I don't know if Lopez can.

It's not even about chasing Green around the perimeter, letting him shoot is probably fine, it's about chasing the people that he screens for

Ibaka obviously has a ton of usefulness as a player, but he seems to be a clear "whoever pays his next contract will have paid too much" guy. So it'll probably be the Lakers.

Andrew Wiggins has been ****ing awesome lately.

Having another laff at this days episode of leloser is a pathetic disgrace of a human being.

No lower form of human life exists. No words can adequately express it...

Those are some pretty solid SHATS imo. Left out how Barkley whined his way out of Philly and blatantly ring chased in Houston though.

Don't let that distract you from the fact that Warriors blew a 3-1 lead in the finals
01-31-2017 , 11:23 AM
LeBron is obviously 100% correct about lolChuck. Guy doesn't even watch the games and whines about jump shooting teams. Warriors titled and instead of shutting up he just doubled down the next year. AJ you should hate Chuck for trashing the Woyas
01-31-2017 , 11:37 AM
Just looked it up and realized Barkley Suns blew 2-0 and 3-1(!!!) leads in back to back years against the Rockets. Then he forced a trade to Houston a year later as his next chapter, which included shooting 4 threes a game at .28 percent, so only slightly better than his accuracy when chucking balls at Shaq from point blank range.

Not a good look for LeBron to whine about his handpicked crew losing steam, but still LOL Chuck.

LeBron ultra correct and with some hard-hitting SHATS

Chuck is entertaining, but ultimately he's a idiotic clown. Chuck NEEDS the entire MJ > everyone narrative to ensure his own tiny bit of relevance, so he insults any advances in basketball past the late 90s.

"I'm not going to let him disrespect my legacy like that," James told ESPN. "I'm not the one who threw somebody through a window. I never spit on a kid. I never had unpaid debt in Las Vegas. I never said, 'I'm not a role model.' I never showed up to All-Star Weekend on Sunday because I was in Vegas all weekend partying.

"Go watch the '93 Finals when John Paxson hit the shot," James said. "Barkley and Jordan were laughing and joking with each other during one of the games while somebody's shooting a free throw. In the Finals. But, oh, nobody were friends back then."

A$AP BRON - SALT LORD

Bron was right on, the "new sheriff in town" line was cringe-worthy though.

barkley was also "ultra correct" in calling out lebrons cake boy behavior. david griffin is da real mvp
