All the petulant rage and death wishes in the last few pages have been rather pathetic, and this is coming from someone who was cheering on the Spurs this game.

Some may call it karma for the organization that once had Robert Horry hip checking Steve Nash and employed Bruce Bowen for like 9 years.

In this thread, people lose their minds over the possibility that one team might appear in the NBA finals in three consecutive years, even though, if either the Cavs or the Warriors make the finals, there will have been a team on a three year run in the finals for 28 of the last 36 years in the NBA.

Lakers -- 1982-1985
Celtics -- 1984-1987
Lakers -- 1987-1989
Pistons -- 1988-1990
Bulls -- 1991-1993
Bulls -- 1996-1998
Lakers -- 2000-2002
Lakers -- 2008-2010
Heat -- 2011-2014

I'm not quite ready to declare the NBA ruined.

You are trash. Congrats on being 11:1 favorites, getting crushed, and then intentionally injuring the MVP to pull through with a 2 point win I guess?

Just because I enjoy great basketball, doesn't mean I'm biased. I suppose if watching beautiful basketball played by the greatest team with the greatest player of all time makes me biased Danny, if that makes me biased, well then I guess I'm biased. Unbelievable. If he is unavailable for the finals, that would be a blow to the Warriors. No one can defend Lebron successfully, but historically, Iguadola at least has been able to make Lebron work for it.

For the "just enjoy great basketball" people to be gloating and taunting after there was a potentially great and competitive series starting that got crushed in such a way, is unbelievably pathetic and shows how disgusting and fraudulent Warriors fans are.

Who is gloating and taunting. No one in this thread wanted Kawhi to get hurt. It definitely makes the series less competitive.

**** off with "who is gloating and taunting", I quoted one post and there were plenty of others from other people.

And obviously a heartfelt sentiment coming from someone who just gave a thumbs up to a comment that the Spurs should try to hurt Durant and Curry.

1) Tit for tat.

2) It's not just about the intentional injury, it's about the degree of classlessness and cluelessness of celebrating a lucky 2 point win (down 20 at the time that you turn the MVP's ankle) while being 11:1 favorites.

Fans are celebrating because their team came back and won after being down by 25 points. That's a very understandable thing to do, even if their team is an 11:1 favorite to win the series.

Giving a thumbs up after someone suggests bringing in goons to injure Curry and Durant? That's less easy to understand, and more sad than anything.

Being a Woyas fan means tacitly supporting Zaza who intentionally injured the other team's superstar player. I can only imagine the rage the Woyas and their fans would've exhibited postgame if Dedmon did that to Steph or something. So it's certainly easy to understand even if it's technically hypocritical to wish injury on the opposing team while getting angry at your own team's injury at the hands of a goon.

"Celebrating" is not what I was referring to but nice try, and yes of course I am the actual bad one (not Zaza or the Warriors) for using a thumbs-up emoji.

I don't think it's easy to understand at all, and I think this sounds like an attempt to rationalize rooting for something horrible to happen in a way that allows you to not feel guilty for doing so. If Zaza intentionally hurt Kawhi he should be gone for the rest of the playoffs. There's no place for that, nor should there be for retaliation.

Do GS fans honestly like cheering for an a-hole like Draymond? I guess if he helps your team win it doesn't matter what a terrible person he is? He should have been tossed on a double-T tonight, refs take way too much bull**** from him.

I almost thought it was the woyas haters who were the classless disgusting pathetic trash after reading the last 120 posts, thanks for clarifying!
