This really sucks Tony Allen is out.

Memphis matches up pretty well with SA. Gasol to guard LMA and Allen to guard Kawhi really could've made this series a grind, no pun intended.

A big part of it was how welcoming the people were, and how much they seemed to adopt the culture of the GRIZZ. For that I will always have a soft spot for this team and root for them.

This is Memphis last time in the playoffs IMO. Minn/NO/Den are coming and they're just old. No real flexibility going forward because of that Parsons contract either.

Maybe firesale? Doubt it since they are small market.

What do you mean by ugly? Just all the isos/postups being an inefficient style compared to how other teams play now?

I just think of it more as an old school mid 00's wingplayer style, the way he operates is smooth and fluid tho
