HE'S A MAN

In 2013 me and 2p2er redirkulous went to Memphis for game 3 of the WCF and a fun weekend trip. The night before the game we went out and saw 3 guys roughly our age and, clueless about the time, asked where the good spots were. They responded with a simple "follow us, we'll show you a good time". Without knowing anything about us they proceeded to tell us all about the huge dice games they run and made sure to check multiple times that we weren't dice hustlers. After we ensured them they weren't they explained to us the rules of the game which were simply to take a single die and roll it once each and whoever rolled the higher # won. Still to this day one of the most ridiculous experiences of my life. They ended up showing us all the sweet spots the next two days and it was a blast.

The entire weekend (aside from Mem losing in OT) was awesome, Memphis is still one of the coolest cities I've ever visited- filled with great scenery, food, and nightlife. A big part of it was how welcoming the people were, and how much they seemed to adopt the culture of the GRIZZ. For that I will always have a soft spot for this team and root for them.
