I give them props for the effort they put in, and some of it is okay, but I mostly think that video is not good. I didn't chuckle, the writing was kinda uneven, and it even seemed like the inflection in the voices was kinda weird (though I'm not an expert)

That hand puppet of Bron looks like DJ Khaled.

dan gilbert part was funny. the problem is that it only would make sense if lebron asked for a trade

This is exactly the only legit concern surrounding KP. The kid is freaking awesome!

From Pelton's mailbag

"I have always had issues with the idea of stars who make players better. LeBron James & Chris Paul have the reputations of making players better and get critical acclaim for doing so. In reality, players who play with LeBron James and Chris Paul appear to regress skillwise. It is certainly true LeBron and CP3 create easy shots and make the game easier for players they are on the floor with, but the players themselves struggle with simple basketball concepts when LeBron and CP3 aren't on the floor. LeBron and CP3 have created so much dependence that the players are lost without them."

Guess we learned twog's real name

Joseph Brown sounds too generic to be twog.

He probably submitted a fake name.

I actually think there's some truth to Mr.Browns words, although in the scheme of winning championships it's a non-starter since those guys are usually on the court most of the time.

There's a reason why Golfen State and San Antonio perform so well with multiple lineups, and there is something to be said for having your stars be superchargers of an offensive system vs the actual engine. I think there is some give and take for both, for example players with Lebron/CP3/Westbrook can be much less skilled, however I do feel that it's difficult for players to adjust to minutes when they are not on the court.

So you want players to be insanely good but not too insanely good that their teammates degrade? How do you prove this to be true?

Warriors/Spurs have performed very well with multiple lineups, but you can argue they've under performed in the playoffs (pre-durant, obviously), there's a chance the two are related

Warriors underperformed after skull ****ing 2015. One shot away from doing the same in 2016 after the other team hit a one outer to even get to seven games.

someone's been distracted from the fact that the 73-9 Warriors lost a 3-1 series lead in the NBA finals to the Cleveland Cavaliers

I don't think anyone but AJ needs explaining on why the warriors were not very impressive in the 2015 and 2016 playoffs

Are you conceding you're a results oriented, narrative driven clown that knows nothing about basketball?

I don't think I can prove it, and I actually don't think that's what you want but also have no way to prove that either.

I just feel that in the playoffs you are better with a few guys who can do things when defenses start tightening up (getting away with fouls, gameplanning, etc). So while I think he's right, I think he paints it in a negative light which I don't agree with.

Is Dame better than CP3? I think he might be.

Dame is really good, but not yet. Defense is a major hole compared to CP3, and CP3 has a history of having dominant statistical numbers on offense while making his whole team more efficient that Dame doesn't have

I certainly agree but let's not act like last years CP3 defense was anything like his time in OKC. His career has been impressive and he clearly deserves his praise but right now in 2017, I think Dame's the better player. Compare the Clippers roster to the Blazers roster. The talent gap was apparent and defense was certainly an issue for every Blazer except for the Chief. Dame's numbers are incredible considering his help and how much the team relies on him.
