Yep, you have an owner who won't go into the tax, except this year where he did by $4m, and you already have $74m in committed money for next season even if you waive Hamilton. One of Deng/Boozer/Gibson will have to go. If Chicago amnestied Boozer they could use the MLE, but they seem too cheap to do that imo.
