like would you feel no shame if you had to go up to AJ's mom and tell her that he was involved in an online basketball draft but he wasn't around at ten p.m on an tuesday evening and so we threw him a player he liked and skipped his turn by?

For me thus far

This looks pretty good. I'd put Giannis ahead of Brow but otherwise I wouldn't have any issues with this list. I'd probably have LeBron 3rd, but I'm fine with him at 5.

Giannis brings a lot of the same things that LeBron always has, and he makes it super easy to build around him as a result. He's been an absolute monster this year. I wouldn't have taken him 3rd, but I don't think it's a big mistake at all.

The problem with that sentiment is how important the top picks are. Like if a player goes 2-4 picks early in round 2 it's irrelevant. If a player goes 2-4 picks early within the top 5 then that IS a pretty big mistake.

I think that Giannis definitely CAN end up justifying the pick it, but it just seems like a bad spot to gamble on upside when his ~peak value is there and guaranteed.

Hed have to become the best player in the NBA by year 3 to make the pick good.

God how ******ed is OKC. Could have had an all time great squad with 3 top 100 players of all time in their primes and their stupid owner went full ******. I don't really care for OKC but god they hit gold 3 times in a row in the draft and got little back in reality for harden and nothing for Durant.
