Kicking us off, once again it's our ol' pal trollface.

He selected Real Madrid, which is an interesting choice to be sure. I'm assuming he meant the basketball team, as Real Madrid is currently in 1st place in the Asociacion de Clubes de Baloncesto (ACB), the professional basketball league in Spain, with a 14-4 record. Barcelona is in 4th.

Our most popular incorrect answer is the Philadelphia 76ers, played by 7 contestants. Things are finally starting to turn around in Philly, as they sit 2nd-to-last in the Atlantic division. When a .375 winning percentage represents a big improvement, you know it's been a while since they were competitive.

Our next most popular incorrect was played by 4 contestants. The Miami Heat were looking like a pretty good bet for the cellar in the Southeast division, but they ripped off a nice little win streak in January to return to respectability. They sit 4th in their division.

This question's SHEEP answer is worth 6 points. The Brooklyn Nets are bad, this we know, but the question is would they be worse than Philly. Since they don't own their own draft pick roughly around the heat death of the universe, they might be bad for a while. They seem to like the new front office, so that's nice, but for now, they're in dead last in the NBA with a paltry 9 wins on the season. The next-worst team in the NBA has double their wins.

Our next correct was played by yours truly and 2 others. I didn't like the Orlando Magic's moves in the offseason, and since they just traded Ibaka, apparently they didn't either. They're bringing up the rear in the Southeast division.

The Dallas Mavericks face a long rebuild whenever Dirk decides to hang it up. It's been a nice run, but the club has major holes in the here and now. But banners fly forever, and I think it definitely affects the casual fan's perception of how Dirk's career played out now that he has a rang. They sit in last in the Southwest division by half a game.

Our most popular incorrect was selected by 4 entrants. Karl-Anthony Towns is still a valuable young asset, but it seems like his rookie year was better than his sophomore campaign. I have a feeling he'll make several All Star games in the future, but he didn't this year.
