How do the Browns possibly go into the new season with a passing attack of McCown + Hartline + Bowe + and Benjamin? That's just not an NFL offense. And somehow the running game was even worse.

well I'm not going to verify this
but @joereedy twitter stat reports that was the 42nd #Browns last-minute loss since 1999 and the 22nd time it has happened on the last play. Third this season.

Meanwhile the patriots have lost 74 total games since 1999, all but one of those seasons with a former browns HC.
