the legal system operates the same way as the NFL. not sure what is so surprising given he had a DUI that triggered this. You can be on probation for petty theft and be thrown in jail for testing positive for alcohol as a violation of probation in the real world. Its pretty dumb of him not to just stop doing drugs and drinking.

There's a video out there that apparently shows Johnny Manziel and Josh Gordon pouring beer out of a window onto people at a party from Friday night. So this is probably all JFF's fault. I would post it but I'm on my phone at work and I'm lazy. I'll post it in a bit if no one puts it up by then

Yeah I feel for the guy and some of his points have merit, but he's still an idiot. As dumb as the rule is football is how he escaped his tough childhood and the NFL could've made many millions and now he is a huge dog to ever do so.

Amazing that he drank on a private jet with teammates. They should have been giving this guy the Dez Bryant treatment and imposing a curfew/had people following him around making sure he didn't do anything stupid.
