I was watching an interview and he said he didn't want to do it but had already agreed. He also said he didn't want to get emotionally invested in these fighters. This all seems like bull**** excuses to just do what you want.

well i have watched almost the entire first episode. pretty good fights to see who gets in the house. the fighters seem interesting. conor and faber are pretty funny. shame u guys are sayin dude didnt train the fighters. his irish guy lost a pretty tough fight. that was the only time he was into it.

I'd reckon McGregor will use his pull to get Artem Lobov at least one fight in the UFC.

Considering a no-hoper like Cathal Pendred has at least 4 fights then Artem deserves a shot. The guy brought it. Dana was well impressed by him too. The dude he fought is sparring spartners with Lyoto and the Spider ffs.

that fight was one of the more entertaining for sure. Lots of good, hard exchanges. Artem gets the nod for me too

Didn't you see at the end of the episode when Dana said each coach can bring one guy back? I'm guessing Conor threw a tantrum when his guy lost.

Nah haven't watched the end yet.

Must say there's a lot of good fighters not getting into the house.

dang man, no feeler fight for Cruz after this re comeback? I don't like the idea of him just jumping in to fight TJ the dude is on another level and will take complete advantage. I'm pulling for Cruz tho

Can't wait for the master to school Dillashaw. TJ is a good fighter but he only started winning when he ripped off Cruz's style.

It's not breakdancing. Emulating other's styles is not frowned upon and does not speak to any inferiority in terms of skill. It shows intelligence and actually most likely adds to a fighters competency to do something like that successfully.

Man how the **** did that ******* who got submitted in about two minutes get to come back instead of that red haired chap.
****ing joke.

And as an Irishman I'm beginning to hate Conor more and more. Python shoes, sunglasses indoors. The dude is a national embarrassment.
And telling Urijah he looks like a little old man. Urijah looks great for his age. You'd give him 25 tops. McGregor looks at least forty years old.

I take back my skepticism. Joanna's quite pretty. The weight cut just hits her hard, much like another stone cold killer.

I've seen that before but that's such a wtf picture of Conor. It looks about as much like him as Renee Zellweger looks like herself these days.

Johny Hendricks out of 192 tonight due to weight cut failure. had an intestine blockage and kidney stones or some BS. Between johny's crying literally every interview since losing to robbie, his blaming of fans for him not getting a title shot (LOL), his lame take you down at end of round and do 0 damage strategy, and now this im really starting to hate the guy. LAME prolly wont be ordering this card now

As a casual MMA fan I liked Hendricks a lot in the beginning, I agree with everything you said and am bordering on flat out hating the guy. I was going to give him tomorrow night to win me back but doesn't look like it now.

Is Cormier having a bad weight cut?

Line dropped from -310 to -240 on him.

Thought it was consensus opinion the only reason Gusto and Jones went down to the wire was because Jones didn't even bother to train for that fight.

Connor looks like a gangster when he is dressed up, expensive clothes but he looks tacky. He also walks like those hyper guys in movies, bouncing a bit and a little fidgitty. At least from the few times they show him walking into the room.

TUF has been funny when he and Faber go at it, when Faber wins and ribs Connor, Conner can't take it and goes at Faber personally. CM was right when talking about Faber/Dillashaw fight but he was an @sshole how he did it.

With that said, I really like CM, if he can keep winning he will be a huge star(obv).

That's 4 for 4 quality fights/finishes already.

Jaubon is a tough tough dude too

I love MMA, the comradery is such a great byproduct of it. The way Einstein's coaches were just exhorting and building up Jaubon after the fight. Goosebumps.

In terms of odds?

Yeah...or anything

I think he'll be able to close distance, get underneath Gusto and use that leverage to take him down. Basically what he tried to do vs Bones and couldn't. Seems tougher for taller fighters to deal with his base/power. The Barnett fight a good example of this. Tossed him like a rag doll.

Not sure how entertaining it will be but that is pretty much how he wins.
