The weird part about Accam not making it is the seeming lack of wide players among the attackers. I don't see any wingers. The other weird part is Paunovic's naivete in not packing the squad with Fire players.

Seattle is just destroying them this 2nd half. Looks like they're playing a u8 team.

And elsewhere in the PNW, Portland has to be the most disappointing team in MLS.

Great point for Toronto tonight with half their team missing. I disagree with you guys who think Chicago is in their league. They're in a tier by themselves imo. Really impressive team

Twellman reporting that Orlando are "aggressively pursuing" Dom Dwyer, which could mean that they're selling Cyle Larin to a European club

kinda weird bc Dwyer has been linked to a Euro move of his own, but maybe not

or OCFC wanna play 2 forwards?

big goal right before HT to equalize, after playing like ass for ~40 minutes at home vs a team missing like half their starters

Reyna, Davies, Shea, Ibini ... some good options from the bench

also huge for the utterly pointless Mezquida to get himself booked just before the half as well, means he should be coming off for someone much better sooner than later

I think there's a lot more to this obviously but it seems clear to me than MLS is much more interested in casual American sports fan than hardcore soccer fan, and that the former makes up a much larger portion of their fan base than I would have thought.

Signing off on a per-team revenue of $15M/year in 2033 seems like a really bad idea.

The deal didn't really hinge on pro/rel, it hinged on giving ALL WORLDWIDE media rights to one guy's company, who happens to also own a minor league team.

Kinda wanna see SKC just go with 3 DPs, 3 guys on ~1 million salaries and bought down to DP level, and then 14 league minimum players to fit under the cap.

Seems like a good get for Orlando City. Dom is good MLS level forward
