Arroyo is terrible but he can go deep into games (while getting shelled usually) but the main thing he provides is wisdom and years of experience pitching in the bigs to all the extremely young pitchers on the Reds roster. In addition he takes some stress off the need for the Reds to cycle through as many young arms this year (which they still will, but to a lesser degree than if they didn't have Arroyo).

I apologize cuz I know this question has been asked and answered but can't find it in last year's thread and hoping to take advantage of the upgrade feature in mlb app this weekend so I can add seager to my bobblehead collection.

will I be able to upgrade tickets once inside the park regardless of where I purchased my original tickets?

I'm under the impression I can buy the cheapest tickets available via stub hub or seat geek then once I gain access to the stadium I can immediately upgrade to much better seats thru the mlb ballpark app.

is this correct?
has anyone done it at dodger stadium? and if so were there good field level seats available?
