He called him the gay slur

For quick pitching

What's next, curveballs and check raises are unethical?

I think somewhere between 2nd and 3rd base he had a moment of clarity..... he suddenly remembered this:

Some of these strike calls in the Boston/St Louis game.... this is what it would be like if Pablo Picasso was an umpire.

Actually, he had that moment as he was rounding 1st. Dude was chirping at him and his stride takes a hitch as he's about to confront him and then he decides better and keeps it moving. Broadcast even references Odor as his reason for not stopping. Lol.

Does Teheran plunk him in his first or second AB tomorrow?

Hit seven batters then pimp a home run down 4.

Nick Markakis has been in the league for two fewer seasons than Jose Bautista and has...

594 more hits than him

Nick Markakis is a classic Braves outfielder, though he might walk a bit too much

The guy leading the majors in batting average has driven in a total of 4 runs that aren't himself. Seems like that would take a huge aberration.

Interesting. He's not drawing dead on 3k hits either - unless he has a sharp, quick decline. He's 0% for the Hall though, right? Even with 3000 hits?

Yeah, I caught a few minutes of a Braves game on TV the other day and was really surprised at how many career hits he has. The first thing I thought about was that he has a shot at 3,000.

Yeah, I guess the even more interesting thing is he is 11th in active hits, with 5? of the people ahead of him heading to the hall of fame.

I think 3 of them are locks, and the other 3 are likely to get 2 of them in.

I really should send him a thank-you card. I traded for him last year in fantasy b-ball and he really helped out my squad. I knew I was forgetting something.

If you see Georgie Porgie Bautista today tell him don't worry, it's all over now, no one's mad anymore.....

Trout gets paid 100 million the next three years, that's probably twice as much as Mookie will get in arbitration and he probably won't double his production. Not saying Mookie's value is the same as Trout's obv but I'd say it's not so far removed that throwing in Benintendi who's an elite asset in his own right would be justifiable.

Trout for just prospects can't happen bit I don't think another top 10 player itl as the starting point works either. Defeats the purpose a bit.
