They got to Arroyo at least. KB is looking sharp and Rizzo seemed to be back on it. Obv it's early but both Happ and Candaleirio seem promising.

This Tigers/Orioles game is craaaaaazy. Two pretty sparkling comebacks for the Tigers including going down by 3 in the top of the twelfth (after being down 7-3 earlier and a GS tied it) and now they've tied it in the bottom and a favourite to now win it

They did in fact not win it and have gone down by 2 again in the top of the 13th. I have to work tomorrow but don't have to concentrate much until an 11am meeting so I'm fine if they tie it up and it continues.

Was gonna go to bed then SEA/OAK and CWS/LAA both got interesting in the 9th.

Sigh, I hate being someone who really likes baseball but has a normal job.

Survived another Rodney outing! And the ERA is plummeting. Down to 8.02. What a stud!

To be fair with the Mets it's only likely to be about 90 times

Do you have any insight into why are the dbacks not using Archie Bradley more? His usage really dropped a lot the past few weeks. Like for example in today's game I thought he would pitch for sure - is he not getting high leverage spots? I though Dbacks were giving him the Miller/Devenski role

He did pitch the 8th in a 1 run game last night iirc. Like you, I was expecting to see him come out today at some point. Maybe he threw enough pitches last night they didn't want to use him today unless absolutely necessary.

Earlier in the season he was getting used for multiple innings. Lately it's just been an inning here and there. Delgado has been the one getting the multiple inning outings. But to answer your question, no, I don't why he isn't getting used as often as everybody seems to think he should be. His stuff has been absolutely filthy and he seems to have adopted the "I own you" attitude when he comes in. I'd love to see him used more often. I'm sure they have some plan for him, I'm just not sure what it is.

LOL at Pillar bitching about getting quick pitched, and then Bautista staring down the pitcher after a solo blast down 8-3. Blue Jays are the worst. What a bunch of pouting sore loser cry babies.

LOL at CB Bucknor ringing up Machado from !st on an obvious check swing to end the game.

At this point in Bucknor's career, it's not even worth getting upset about those types of calls anymore.

Look at this puss Bautista. He takes 25 seconds to round the bases, and when the catcher gets in his face he immediately apologizes and backs down.
