Archie is crushing, brought Assistant Ed Schilling back home from UCLA. Still up in the air what Bryant and Blackmon are going to do. If they somehow both come back, IU should be a top 10 team at worst. Bryant is still really young so maybe he will come back and try to become a first rounder. He is 8 months younger than DeRon Davis. crazy

So in a month, Mizzou went from Kim Anderson and a dumpster fire of a team to Cuonzo Martin and the #1 recruit, a 6'10 Jayson Tatum clone, has the rivals #9 overall 5 star Kevin Lnox visiting, and has consensus 5 star Jeremiah Tillmon all but stolen from Illinois. Pretty amazing month for Missouri basketball.

Cuonzo lands a 4 star PG today. Mizzou up to 16th ranked recruiting class as of now, still in on 3 highly coveted recruits in Tillmon, Knox, and Mark smith(I believe.) If they somehow get all 3, they might have the #1 class in the nation. Makes me wish we wouldve fired Painter when we had the chance and brought Cuonzo home.

I mean we had Jaylen Brown (#3 pick), Ivan Rabb (considered lotto pick at the time, might slide towards back of first round this year), Jabari Bird (second round pick, last I saw) Jordan Matthews (Gonzaga's 3rd best player) and we were still garbage, so gl

Cuonzos teams have had a top 20 defense 3 out of the last 4 years

If he keeps pulling in 5 stars, that should cover enough for his offensive weakness and he will find a way to figure it out enough offensively to pair with the defenses he puts together.

Porter is special. Hes a Jayson Tatum clone but add two inches and more skill. Going to be hard to not have at least a decent offense featuring him.

Ha! I was thinking the same thing when I first heard the news.

Sounds like a solid player, though. He's not going to all of a sudden lead Virginia to the national title, but hey, they needed to fill a roster sport.
