I think it's hilarious that there are people who think the reason freshman or rookies are meant to dress as women is because they hate women. LOL my god. Aren't women's clothes meant to fit the body of a woman? That's kind of what makes it funny. When Michael Scott wore a woman's suit in the The Office, that was hilarious. But yup the whole cast hates women. Apologize Steve. APOLOGIZE!!!!!

That's a lot more than I thought. Are some or all of those 6 partially publicly financed? Might also depend on whether you're talking cash payments strictly.

Anyway, San Francisco would count as one of the 6 I would think, iirc.
